These terms apply to all purchases made at valmerestockholm.com. By placing an order you accept the terms set out below. Please read them before you shop.

Orders and contract
A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order – for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or where the item cannot be supplied. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, the full amount is refunded.

Prices
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor including VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing and typographical errors and to change prices. The price that applies is the one displayed at the time you place your order.

Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are handled by certified payment providers – we never receive or store your full card details.

Delivery
Delivery terms and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Stated delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee.

Cancellation and returns
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU distance selling rules, plus 30 days to return your purchase with us. Full terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Faulty goods
Where an item is faulty you have the right to make a claim for up to three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Claims should be made within a reasonable time of discovering the fault. Contact us at contact@valmerestockholm.com.

Product information
We work to keep all product information accurate and current. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings, and minor variations in measurements can occur. These do not constitute grounds for a fault claim.

Intellectual property
All content on valmerestockholm.com – text, images, graphics and trade marks – belongs to Valmere Stockholm or our licensors. Content may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods, except where mandatory consumer legislation provides otherwise. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as industrial action, natural events, government decisions or carrier disruption.

Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute we cannot resolve together, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se, or to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr. We comply with ARN's recommendations.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time you placed your order are those that apply to your purchase.
